If you are looking for a contraception that is either completely hormone-free or almost hormon free, an IUD is the right choice for you.
The copper or hormonal IUD, the copper chain or copper ball are inserted into the uterine cavity (IUD) and provide very safe and reliable contraception for 3-8 years that you don't have to think about.
Young women who have not yet given birth can also use an IUD. There are extra small sizes available.
Of course, we will advise you before the insertion and examine you carefully to see whether this type of contraception is right for you and which IUD size might fit.

4. We insert the IUD calmly. This can also be done under a short anesthesia.
5. We'll check everything and see how you're doing after a few weeks and if the IUD still is in the right place and safe to use for the next years.

Super quick and easy
I had a hormonal coil inserted and was a little unsure whether it was a good decision because I came off the pill and didn't really want any more hormones. I am very satisfied now. As promised, the period pain has improved significantly and I don't notice any of the coil. Thanks Dr. Todorovic wasn't that bad at all! She explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions and the insertion of the IUD was very calm and quick, so that it was already over when I thought the bad part was coming, but as I said, I was already through it. So I found it totally bearable and less painful than I thought.
Sensitive and careful
I had the second copper coil placed today and was very nervous. We used a small model because previously I was in pain all the time with a large model. This is really good now and despite my doubts, I'm really happy now.
